Visit to the cafe at the La Ferma cheese factory
Where: 1.5 km from Ambient Park, village of Bochkino (10-15 minutes on foot). The La-Ferma cheese factory produces craft cheeses according to original Dutch, German and French recipes from cow's and goat's milk. Soft and semi-hard varieties, varieties with white noble mold and in wood ash. As well as fresh dairy products: cottage cheese, yoghurts, kefir, butter, sour cream.
The farm has its own cafe, where you can enjoy aromatic coffee with homemade cheesecakes and handmade cheese candies, admiring the peaceful views of the fields and forests, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
