  BY BUS:

  From the city of Istra, the projecting hotel can be reached by public transport - Bus No. 26 /Istra - Remenniki station/.
  The distance from the nearest bus stop in the village of Bochkino to the hotel is 1.3 km.

  Travel time:

  • by bus – 1 hour and 10 minutes;
  • walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel is 16 minutes.

  BY TAXI:

  From Moscow, from the nearest city, from a train station or bus stop.

  BY TRAIN:

  The hotel is located about the same distance from two train stations:

  • Railway station in Istra (New Jerusalem station) – 34 km;
  • Railway station in Zvenigorod (Zvenigorod station) – 39 km.

  Answer:

  The list of documents is determined by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 11/18/2020 N 1853 (as amended on 04/01/2021) On the approval of the Rules for the provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation.

  You will need one of the identification documents.:

  Russian citizens over the age of 18

  • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • passport of a citizen of the USSR until it is replaced by a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period;
  • international passport;
  • temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation.

  Russian citizens under the age of 18

  1. Child over 14 years old. You will need all the documents:

  • An identity document.
  • Written consent of the parents or legal representatives (if the child is checked in unaccompanied).

  
  

  2. Child under 14 years of age. You will need all the documents:

  • Birth certificate.
  • A document certifying the identity of the adult accompanying the child or, if the child is checked in without accompanying persons, the written consent of the parents or legal representatives.

  Foreign citizens. You will need:

  • a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen;
  • additionally, one of the following documents:
    • migration card;
    • Residence permit;
    • Temporary residence permit (RVP);
    • Temporary residence permit for educational purposes.

• Cancellation policy
  Answer:

  If the reservation is cancelled by the consumer, the reservation fee (the first night's rate) is non-refundable.

  The reservation fee is paid by the consumer to guarantee a reservation. Upon check-in, the consumer is entitled to a discount on their stay equal to the reservation fee paid.

• Where can I buy food?
  Answer: The Pyaterochka supermarket is located 9 km from the hotel (in the village of Onufrievo), where you can buy groceries yourself or order delivery through the app.

• What's up with the internet?
  Answer: All cottages and the grounds have Wi-Fi.
• What to take with you?
  Answer: Food and drinks to suit your taste.

• Are pets allowed?
  Answer:

  We welcome well-behaved and friendly animals (dogs and cats); all our houses are pet-friendly.

  Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a pet with you.

  During your stay with a pet, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:

  • dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while walking on the territory;
  • please clean up after your pet during walks;
  • do not leave pets unattended in the house;
  • do not allow pets on upholstered furniture or textiles (pillows, bedspreads);
  • owners are fully responsible for any property damage.

  Pet accommodation rates:

  • Dogs up to 5 kg — 2,000 ₽/night;
  • Dogs 5-10 kg — 5,000 ₽/night;
  • Dogs 10-20 kg — 8,000 ₽/night (by prior arrangement only);
  • Cats — allowed only with trimmed claws; 2,000 ₽/night + a 10,000 ₽ security deposit per cat (the deposit is refundable upon check-out).
  • Other animals (birds, rodents, etc.) up to 5 kg - 2,000 ₽/day.
